Some NPP thugs wearing Hawa Koomson’s T-Shirts accomping Mavis Hawa Koomson, the Minister for Fishery and Aquaculture to Central Regional Coordinating Council for vetting has allegedly atack Cape FM Morning Show host, David Kobbina with accussation that he had gone to sit on UTV to speak ill about the minister. Accusation he vehemently denied in an attempt of demanding evidence of their accussation whiles showing them his Cape FM ID he received heafty slap in his right cheek followed by another heavy slap at the left cheek which dazed him to fall. According to the victim, he fell and the rest pounced on him to with blows whiles some kicked him wiht their legs. He narrated how the whole indeident .

Eric Annan, who report for Sompa TV in Central Region also collaborated the story as he was right there with David Kobina when he was being attacked. He has strongly expressed that the media in the Central Region should boycott all NPP and government activities to protest the assault.

Isaac Dadzie who also spoke with the media as another eye witness is appealing to the NPP Regional executives and the vetting committee under the chairmanship of Peter Mac Manu to try as much as possible to seek justice for the victim. The matter has been reported to the party officials, whiles the Central Regional Organizer, Anthony Sackey has pledged to help identify the perpetrators. The victim has also reported the matter at Kotokuraba Police Station and has been issued with medical form.
