The Chief Executive Officer for GNPC Foundation Dr. Dominic Eduah has led a team of entourage from the foundation to hand over a number of projects constructed with oil proceeds to various schools and communities in the Central Region. The projects handed over to these beneficiary institutions included sanitary facilities. dormitory, water projects, astro turfs, structure for science lab and others. Some of the schools that benefited from these projects are Ghana National College in the Cape Coast Metropolis had two 15 and 16 seater water closet sanitary facilities, 160 bed capacity girls dormitory for Mando Senior High Technical School, phase one of building to be used as science lab at Bisease Senior High Technical School and 12 seater sanitary facility for Ekumfi Abor.

Dr. Dominic Eduah addressing school management and students at Mando Senior High Technical School, he pointed out that GNPC has under taking several projects in the Central Region. According to him, all the sixteen region has benefited from oil proceeds. He urged beneficiary institutions and communities to ensure high standard of maintenance to ensure the life span of the projects they have handed over to them. He assured the chiefs and the people of Central Region that, GNPC will continue to partner them to develop the region.
