Helena Araba Whyte President of Christian Mothers Association of St. Joseph Catholic Church,Amanful-Cape Coast is making passionate appeal to church leaders in the country to intensify education on domestic violence to minimize if not to remove effect of domestic violence against women and children in the country as we enter 2024. According to him, recorded a number of domestic violence case in the country. She also used the occasion to plead with the youth to be mindful of their utterances and actions especially as we in election year.

Some church members who also spoke to Adom News team re-counted economic challenges that the country witness in 2023 which really affected standard of living. They are pleading with government to implement policies that will reduce the economic hardship. They are also urging government to do something about high and numerous taxes on goods and services so price of items can meet the pocket of average Ghanaian.
